The American Church is in crisis.

Too many seasoned pastors stay in ministry longer than they should, often because they lack money or purpose beyond it.

On the other hand, too few young pastors are stepping in, and those who do are often lonely, under-resourced, or planting in small spaces.

What if we linked generations, supporting older pastors as mentors and freeing up church buildings and other assets to fuel the next wave of leaders?

That’s the vision I want to give the fourth quarter of my life to — and I’d love to explore it with you.
